Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time includes verifying your order details, preparing your items (including careful packaging to protect your women’s and children’s clothing), and dispatching them to our shipping partners. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Coverage
We ship to all addresses within Australia, including PO boxes and parcel lockers. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete (including unit numbers, suburb, and postcode) to avoid delivery delays or issues. For remote regional areas, delivery may take an additional 1-3 business days beyond the standard/express delivery timeframe.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Delivery Delays & Issues
We strive to deliver your order on time, but occasional delays may occur due to force majeure factors (such as public holidays, extreme weather, courier delays, or high order volumes). If your order is delayed by more than 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our team at support@lumino.co. and we will assist you with tracking and resolving the issue.
